725 Culley, Holland

Here are the before and after pictures of our first flip!  The property is located at 725 Culley, Holland, OH 43528.  As of this post, I am putting the final touches on the outside.  Most of everything is new, including the roof, furnace, and hot water heater.  The house sits on 1/2 acre lot, with woods in the back.  From closing to open house took 99 days, and was accomplished during one of the worst winters on record. Here's just some of what we've done...

The original living room...

We've opened up the wall between the living room and dining room, and done a total makeover including tall white trim and thick 12mm laminate floors.  Yes, it's the same space!

This was a makeshift bedroom, located off the dining room...

And yes, this was the kitchen - it was only 5' wide!

We took the makeshift bedroom and turned it into the kitchen!  This required running new plumbing and electrical.  Appliances are used, but only about a year old - they stay with the house!  The old kitchen was converted into a laundry room with the necessary connections!  There is a nice sized pantry closet in the new kitchen, and the flooring flows into this area as well.

The new bath features new shower surround, new toilet, new vanity and mirror, and new vinyl resilient flooring, as well as a new linen closet!

 This was a back add-on area, and the house was missing the furnace and water heater...

It's now converted to a extra large hallway that leads to the master bedroom, and a closed off utility area.

Completely refurbished.

 There was no master bedroom, so we made one out of the attached garage!  The area was stripped to the studs, insulated, and added heat and electrical.  This is an oversized master bedroom that measures 14' x 22'. plus closet space!
