Construction Opps's

I looked at a job recently that was hacked up by another contractor (a roofer trying to do drywall), and took a few pics to put up.  No one was awarded the "fix it" part of this job, since the owner decided he didn't have the money to spend on repairs. Hmmm...  not sure where that leaves this house in the end.

I had to put these pics up of a roofers interpretation of how drywall should be hung. Notice the stud wall, then the vent pipe, then the floating drywall!  Just a little drywall compound should do the trick...

The rest of this 2 story house was this way as well.  Do yourself a favor - hire the right professional to do the job!
